Fashion Forward Optical was founded on the belief that you could have quality eyewear without paying boutique prices. We were founded in 2006 by Drew Thompson with encouragement from a customer and friend that saw the need for quality at affordable prices. Starting in the service industry servicing waiters, bartenders and other food industry workers we expanded to contracting with Kiewit, Union Pacific, RONCO, and other unions to provide their safety eyewear and families needs. We opened our Brick and Mortar in Dundee with a focus on the culture of our neighborhood. As the business developed we adopted the moniker “Helping Omaha be Better by Seeing Better” and have not looked back ever since.

 

Partnering with Dr. David Luby, Dr. Lynn Graves, and Dr. Sturtevant we have a comprehensive eyecare to the Omaha and Midtown areas.

 

In 2020 we expanded to three locations in Manhattan and Lawrence, Kansas. We are also opening our newest location in Kansas City, Missouri on the Plaza.
